Situated in the historic town of Enniscorthy, the club was founded in 1925 and was extended to 18 holes in 1990. The fairways are generous and the course has many beautiful old trees which will give the golfer that extra degree of difficulty. This parkland course with its gentle undulating fairways affords magnificent views of Wexford's rolling countryside and the Blackstairs Mountains.

This course offers an attractive background of hills and mountains. Straight hitting and careful placing of shots is important as fairways are tight and allow little room for error....

Rosslare provides an excellent test of golf on a championship links beside the Irish sea. Fairways, tees and greens are watered, giving an enjoyable playing surface in both summer and winter.

Deane Beman (USGA Commissioner) after his round in Rosslare stated that "The wind on this links makes it a great test of golfing skill".
